Amelia Chapman
Amelia Chapman is a Sydney‑born musical theatre performer, graduating from the Elder Conservatorium of Music (ECMT), University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Music Theatre (2025), following completion of a Diploma of Musical Theatre at Brent Street (2022).
Her performance credits include How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying (ECMT, dir. Erin James), Into the Woods (ECMT, dir. Miranda Middleton), Candide (State Theatre Company South Australia / State Opera South Australia, dirs. Mitchell Butel and Amy Campbell), Alice by Heart (ECMT, dir. Erin James), A Chorus Line (ECMT, dir. Matthew Hyde), and featured soloist work for Home Grown: What We See From Here (dirs. Ben Nicholson and Nick Hedger).
Amelia has undertaken extensive training in voice, acting, and dance. She studied voice with Jennifer Peers and Stella Panozzo and is currently expanding her vocal practice through The Artists Lab Vocal Studio. She has also completed further screen‑acting training with Greg Apps (Greg Apps Casting). A versatile and technically trained dancer, she holds a Certificate in RAD Advanced Foundation Classical Ballet and is proficient across jazz, tap, lyrical, and contemporary styles.
In 2026, Amelia further enriched her artistic practice by completing the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) Musical Theatre Short Course, strengthening her craft through intensive training at one of the world’s leading drama institutions.
